WHAT IS MY MATH LAB?
My Math Lab is a computer tool that will allow you to practice and master the material - it is required for the class and you have to buy it (instead of a book) - you do not need to purchase a book as you will be able to access your book in this program. The computer program is designed by the book company and will allow you to advance in a topic, or repeat a topic upon your discretion when you have correctly worked a particular problem.
It is important for you to practice multiple problems if you find that you are struggling with a particular topic before moving on to another topic. The chapter quizzes will also be done in My Math Lab and are due the date of the chapter test. You are allowed to redo the quiz as many times as you would like before the test. This is the program where you will do all homework and quizzes that are recorded as scores for class. Chapter tests will be given in class with pencil and paper.
